Muck City United is dedicated to educating, honoring, and connecting our communities by preserving our rich heritage, fostering civic engagement, and addressing community needs through impactful partnerships and innovative initiatives. We empower residents to celebrate their legacy, unite for progress, and create a brighter future for generations to come.
Muck City United calls all who live, work, and love the Muck City area—including Belle Glade, South Bay, Pahokee, and surrounding communities—to invest resources and services to meet local needs. With a population exceeding 30,000 (60% Black, 30% Brown), we focus on Educating, Honoring, and Connecting through impactful partnerships and initiatives.
Muck City United is an engine of positive change with a call to action for all those who live, work, and love Muck City, the Communities of Belle Glade, South Bay, Pahokee and surrounding areas. The Vision is to honor, celebrate, and provide resources to Muck City (The Glades) that will further straighten the bond of or “Community of neighbors” and preserve the culture, soil and it’s people.
